Return & Warranty Policy
All items carry a one year warranty from the date of purchase and carry a 15 day satisfaction guarantee policy.
Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
Warranty is void if products have been tampered or misused
With regards to batteries the warranty does not cover cell depletion. A battery that still holds 80% of its capacity after 12 months is considered to be normal.
If you need to return our items, please email us with your original batteryâ??s model no. as well as your device model to request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and the return details. We do not allow returns without first requesting an RMA number.
Although all our items are listed as Free Postage, the postage cost is included in the price. In the event of a refund, depending on the item condition we may subtract a fixed amount £5.20 (UK Orders) / £13.00 (Ireland orders) from the total price.
Returns due to customer purchase error, unclaimed parcel or incomplete address
For the following cases, we will charge back our postage costs at £5.20 for UK orders and £13.00 for Ireland orders.
1) Refund or exchange due to customer purchase error. (So please make sure the model you need is listed in our title or description.)
2) Refund or Resending due to unclaimed parcel or incomplete address.
Returns due to our error:
If a parcel has been lost in the post we will arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as we can confirm the loss with the carrier.
If products are returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will bear all the shipping charges for exchange. If a refund is preferred the refund will be made in full. However, returned products must be 100% complete.
After 30 days and up to 90 days of purchase, we will refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) or replace any defective product(s). Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges and we bear the re-sending charges.
After 90 days and up to one year of purchase, a refund request will not be accepted unless a replacement is not available. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping charges (including the return and resending ones).
Please ensure that returned items are the ones that you purchased from us. Should you send us any other products that are not purchased from us and want to have them back, you have to pay for all the additional shipping charges incurred.
