For small/medium items we use Royal Mail as our main carrier either 1st or 2nd Class, for heavier medium to large items we use www.myhermes.co.uk which is an excellent door to door courier service.
Most items purchased before 1400 will be dispatched same day, large or heavier items requiring a courier service will need to be booked in advance and will dispatched within 24hrs,items purchased over the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
For courier items a tracking number will be sent so you can monitor its progress, depending on which day its dispatched MyHermes aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.
We pack and get your item into the system within 24hrs so if we have sent an email saying dispatched, it has been dispatched!
In order to keep costs down I try to recycle packaging materials where possible. It is therefore likely that the item will be packaged in good quality recycled packaging
Can i combine purchase’s and save on postage?
Of course, if the option is not already available when purchasing the item we will refund any postage overpayment and pay it back as soon as the item has been dispatched.
I have ordered the wrong item! Can I cancel it?
As long as its not already been dispatched or a courier has been booked, if it has you will have to pay the return postage or courier cancellation.
Can i return an item i have purchased?
In the event that your purchase is not suitable, please return it to us unused with the original product packaging and labels within 14 days, for a refund, replacement or an exchange, buyer pays for postage and must get a proof of postage for their own records.
Is this item suitable for what i intend using it for?
We can offer expert advice before all purchase’s made, if we dont think its suitable we can offer expert advice aswell as recommondations for alternative products and suppliers if we don’t have the item.
The item is damaged can I return it?
Sometime’s items are damaged during transit especially large or heavy items, if this is the case then you will need to send me pictures of the damaged item and packaging so I can start the claims process, further instructions will be forwarded.
Do you post overseas?
